TIMES BALI, JAKARTA – It is sometimes hard to make our kids not to like, but just try some vegetables like spinach. Well the taste will be uncomfortable in their mouth the first time they try it. Especially when you give it bare without dressing or mixed with another ingredients.
However, regarding to its benefit to our health, there is no wrong if we just slip it between some other ingredients in our foods. Spinach is rich within
Vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin and vitamin C. not to mention the magnesium, folic, iron, potassium, calcium, and sodium
Yet, we have you the perfect recipe to make your kids love at least willing to eat this vegetable. Just like this baked spinach with egg and mozarella cheese. Check out the recipe.
- 50 gr spinach
- 1 tbs butter
- 100 gr mozarella cheese
- 100 gr onion (minced)
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Sautéed the onion for a minute, set aside. Put it in a bowl with the other ingredients including beaten egg, salt, and pepper.
- Rinse the spinach and then mince it. Set it aside along with all other ingredients that has been prepared before in a bowl.
- Stir them all well. Add the cheese. Do another stir.
- Put in a microwave safe tray. Bake it for about 40-50 minutes with temperatures of 190o C. After all done let it cool for a minute. Serve it while hot to get the perfect texture of mozarella cheese.
