The Ultimate Recipe for Indonesian Tofu and Spam Patties
- Tofu 200 gr
- Spam 120gr
- Carrots 1 pcs (diced)
- Onion spring 1 pcs
- Celery 1 pcs
- Egg 1 pcs
- Salt (adjustable)
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Coriander ½ tsp
- Cooking oil (adjustable)
- Rinse all the vegetables. Mince the celery and diced the carrot. Set aside.
- Put the tofu and spam in one container. Smashed and mix them evenly.
- Add the carrot and celery as well the ground pepper and coriander. Adjust the taste.
- As spam usually has been salty enough you could adjust the salt according to your taste.
- Make small patties with your hand.
- Beat the egg and add a little salt into it.
- Turn on the stove and heat the oil on deep fry pan or a wok. Coat the patties with the beaten egg.
- Let it fried till each side turns golden brown. And your patties is ready to be served.
